Appointment and Cancellation Policy
We at BIANCA Massage & Beauty Centre go through every effort to ensure your experience with us is as enjoyable as possible. We value you and your time. Your appointments are very important to us, they are reserved especially for you, and we understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we have instituted the following policies to make your time with us a memorable and lasting one.
Cancellation Policy
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. As such, we kindly ask that any changes or cancellations are made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee of 50% of your scheduled appointment. One no-show or cancellation in less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment is acceptable, as it can happen to all of us.
No-Show, No-Call Policy
Any appointment that a client fails to call and adjust or cancel will be considered a “no-show.” Any appointment that is cancelled without the requested 24 hours’ notice may also be considered under this policy.
Gratuities
Gratuities are appreciated but are always at our guest’s discretion.
Arriving Late
We have a tight schedule and most likely have another appointment right after you. If you are running late, chances are you are not going to be able to receive the full service that you were booked for. A “no-show” policy will be considered if you are more than 15 minutes late and a fee will be charged.
Asking for Discounted Prices
Our salon factors a lot of things into our prices, including ongoing education, rent, utilities (light, hot water, constantly washing and drying towels), using top-notch products, VAT deduction, professional licenses, not to mention profit, as it is our job that we make a living. Trying to get a discount says that you don’t value our services. If you feel that our services aren’t worth what you are paying, you can reconsider and find another salon more fit for you.
Book in Advance
It’s fine to ask if a same-day appointment is available, but be understanding if we couldn’t find a suitable appointment last minute. Please make sure to book in advance for a better service.
Be Honest
There might be a time when you are not satisfied with the service or results. Remember that everyone makes mistakes. We will do everything to fix the situation. Please, let us know and calmly we will sort it out.
